Residents and guests of a condominium must therefore conduct themselves in a manner so as not to disturb the peace of their neighbors. Loud noises such as yelling, playing a stereo, TV, or musical instruments, pets, parties or any other means that is clearly audible in another unit, whatever the source, is not permitted.
Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Lower sound levels are required. No appliances, exercise equipment, loud TVs or stereos, noise from parties or other loud noises should be heard during these quiet hours. The consequences of non-compliance will be enforced as set forth in the Standard Fine Policy.

There is a limit of 2 dogs in a condo and all pets must be registered with the BFCA office. Please refer to the By-Laws and the current Pet Policy for further information. There is a significant fine for any condo owner or renter who does not comply with these regulations.
