These four items are provided as a PDF for your reading pleasure. However, the policies with the most attention are listed below to save you a step or two.

This policy was adopted as a requirement of the Association to bind the insurance policy offered by the current carriers and to comply with the City of Brentwood Ordinances and Fire Code requirements. Noise policy
Residents and guests of a condominium must therefore conduct themselves in a manner so as not to disturb the peace of their neighbors. Loud noises such as yelling, playing a stereo, TV, or musical instruments, pets, parties or any other means that is clearly audible in another unit, whatever the source, is not permitted.
Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Lower sound levels are required. No appliances, exercise equipment, loud TVs or stereos, noise from parties or other loud noises should be heard during these quiet hours. The consequences of non-compliance will be enforced as set forth in the Standard Fine Policy.
Parking policy
Residents may park in any space not marked “Reserved”. Second and third vehicles, visitor’s vehicles and vehicles not driven daily should not be parked in front of the building. In some areas, spaces will be labeled “Reserved”. These spaces are not for use of visitors and guests, and residents shall inform their visitors and guests of the Brentwood Forest Parking Policy.
Per Brentwood Forest By-Laws, no dog weighing more than 40 lbs. at maturity shall be allowed as a pet. Potential buyers and renters must sign a form in their packet stating that they understand this requirement. The form must also be signed by a veterinarian indicating that the dog is up-to-date with immunizations as well. There is a limit of 2 dogs in a condo and all pets must be registered with the BFCA office. Please refer to the By-Laws and the current Pet Policy for further information. There is a significant fine for any condo owner or renter who does not comply with these regulations.
Loose recycling material is not allowed anywhere on the property. Recycling material must be placed in a hard sided recycle container. This does not apply to card board boxes or other material that will not fit in a recycling container. Boxes must be broken down for pickup. Recycling material is not allowed in plastic or paper bags.
Recycling containers must have lids.
Empty and clean trash and recycle containers may be stored in out of the way locations on either the rear or side of the buildings, or on rear decks or in storage sheds.

Brentwood trash collectors will not remove trash that is not in a container. Loose trash bags and paper bags are not allowed to be placed anywhere on the property.

Residents are required to use a hard sided trash container with a tight fitting lid for trash disposal.

Residents are required to purchase their own containers. Your condo address number should be on both the container and lid.

Empty and clean trash and recycle containers may be stored in out of street sight location on either the rear or side of the buildings, or on rear decks or in storage sheds. Trash containers are not allowed to be stored in front of the buildings.

Trash is not to be placed in trash containers until the evening before or the morning of trash collection.

Trash and recycle containers must be placed at the curb no earlier than dusk on the evening before trash pick-up day, and no later than 7:00 am on the day of the trash pickup.
